1. Each tenant named in the effective lease is entitled to receive R2E benefits, so long as each tenant is purchasing a separate property. The tenant must also meet all other requirements of the program.

   2. Resident must be in good standing under the terms of their existing lease.

   3. No evictions within the last 2 yrs.

   4. Tenant’s name must appear on the lease.

   5. Eligible homes are those (new and existing) within the programs market area defined by the “ACTRIS” Boundary.

   6. Registrants are required to pay the “Enrolment and Document Preparation Fee” at the time of registration. The enrolment fee is refundable at closing.
