The following individuals are eligible for Newly-Weds benefits:

   1. Already Married: A certificate of marriage (from the County Clerk) must be

      presented to show that applicant was married within the past 12 months.

   2. Engaged: To verify the engagement provide the following: a copy of your bridal

      registry and a save the date card or a wedding invitation.
