Buyers will be able to search our MLS database for listings and save their favorites to their Property Diary. In addition, as a buyer you can save search criteria so that our servers will run a nightly search and immediately auto-notify you of any new listings that enter the market and fit your criteria!

As a seller you will be able to keep abreast of what the public thinks of their home as those who visit your home will submit electronic surveys which affords important feedback that will help sell your home quicker and for more!
