In recognition of their services, eligible PFET members may receive applicable credits, discounts, or rebates making the purchase of their home fast, easy, and best of all, less expensive!
Program Features & Benefits: Eligibility & Restrictions

  • Either a credit towards the purchase of a new or existing home up to 1% of the loan amount, OR
  • Receive a FREE credit report and the cost of your appraisal (up to $500.00) reimbursed to you at closing. Furthermore, if your loan amount is greater than $250,000, in addition to the FREE credit report and appraisal, Dekko Realty will also cover the cost of your new property survey (up to $500.00)!
